Semi-Private Events
at Vino Di Sedona 2023 Rates

Vino Di Sedona is open to the public seven days a week. We offer options for fully private events using our entire venue, and semi-private events on our patio. We are open to the public during semi-private events.

Events on Friday or Saturday Nights during our “busy season” require closing to the public regardless of group size. We can sometimes accommodate groups up to 30 on our patio during our “slower season.” Groups larger than 39 always require closing to the public.

As a general policy, we do not accept reservations; the only way to guarantee a place for your group is to arrange a semi-private, or fully private event.

Event Pricing for events while remaining open to the public

Daytime Events ending before 5 PM and Small Patio Events (12-30 guests)
Sunday – Friday, Event Fee $200. Minimum food/alcohol $1000 + tax + 20% gratuity. (We are not able to host events on Saturday afternoons without closing to the public)

Evening Events (Ending After 5 PM)
Sunday - Friday $300 Event Fee (additional entertainment fee may apply). Minimum food/alcohol $1700 + tax + 20% gratuity. (We are not able to host most events on Friday and Saturday nights during busy season without closing to the public; some small events may be accommodated outdoors without closing.)

For all events, whether we are closed or open to the public: party will need to cover costs of rental of tables, chairs, plates and flatware if we cannot provide, decorations, and other costs we do not provide.

A deposit will be required to hold your date. In the event of cancellation, deposits are refundable up to two weeks prior to the event date, minus sales tax and credit card fees. Cancellations within two weeks of the event date are non-refundable.
