Vino Di Sedona is open to the public six days a week (we are closed on Mondays). As a general policy, we do not accept reservations; however, by coordinating a Group Event or Private Event with us, we can arrange an experience that will make your visit to Vino Di Sedona extra special.

We are closed to the public during Private Events. This allows your guests to have access to our entire venue, both indoors and outdoors

During the planning process you’ll work with our event coordinator to create a custom food menu which includes special group pricing. When it comes to wine and beer, we have a vast selection! Vino Di Sedona has over 900 different wines and over 20 beers on tap, plus over 50 beers by the bottle/can. We truly have something for everyone, and will provide a curated wine/beer list that is tailored to your preferences.

Pricing for Private Events

Private Events at Vino Di Sedona are subject to “Busy Season” and “Slow Season” rates

Busy Season - March, April, May, October, November and Holidays (Holidays are Dec 21-Jan 1, Fourth of July, and Labor Day Weekend)

Slow Season - Jan, Feb, June, July, August, September, December

Fees

Event Fees are for Vino Di Sedona event planning, use of event menu pricing, linen and napkin rentals, extra labor costs of events, and for lost revenue for closing to the public for a Private Event.

Live Music is not included with these Private Event quotes. Vino Di Sedona will help with live music planning, however payment agreement is made between the musicians and the responsible party. Additional Fees for Live Music Average $300-$500

The Event Fee is required as a deposit three months prior to your event in order to reserve your event date. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is refundable up to four weeks prior to the event minus credit card fees if applicable. Cancellations occurring within four weeks of the event are non-refundable
